PERFORM is a high performance consultancy business aimed to assist athletes of all ages and experience with tailored training programs. With 17 years experience in training and managing elite athletes, Paul Haines offers highly individualised programming specifically targeted to to individual sports.
Paul Haines graduated from his B. App. Sc (Human Movement) degree in 2001 at the University of South Australia.
A keen sportsman with a great passion for an active & healthy lifestyle, Paul’s experience with elite sport strength & conditioning began at the Adelaide Crows Football Club in the AFL competition where his role developed into Rehabilitation Coach.
Since this period Paul has also worked with the Geelong Football Club as Head Fitness Coach, achieving Premiership success in 2007 & 2009, and more recently worked with the Gold Coast SUNS as Rehabilitation Coach.
Throughout his journey Paul has also had experience training athletes in a variety of other sports including tennis, basketball, soccer, cycling, Formula 1 & V8 Supercars.
Paul’s passion for elite sports performance along with his knowledge & experience with Strength & Conditioning and Rehabilitation allows for highly individualised programming specifically targeted to individual sports.
Perform offers a holistic approach to performance and works closely with an athlete’s ‘Specialist Support Network’ whether it be coaches, managers and/or medical staff. A high degree of communication between the athlete and all parties involved ensures the best outcome is achieved, maximising the chance of achieving success.
Perform works closely with the team at Corio Bay Health Group. This relationship ensures maximal care is provided to the athlete.
