Senior Physiotherapist
Lachy is originally a Victorian Physiotherapist who has vast experience in sports rehab and performance. He has worked alongside local AFL clubs, providing Strength & Conditioning training, performance & injury prevention programs, as well as injury rehabilitation.
Keeping up to date with the latest research is pivotal for Lachy, he has completed further studies in level 1 Strength & Conditioning, Dry Needling, ACL Rehabilitation, AFLW Injury prevention, sports concussion, Tendon rehab in athletes, Osteoarthritis management (GLA:D), Hypermobility Disorders (EDS) and shoulder instability.
Lachy has a passion for treating sporting injuries and he has a particular interest in rehabilitating young aspiring athletes. Currently he is the Physiotherapist for the Bond Uni AFL Team and at Momentum Sports Performance Centre.
He has also developed a keen interest in treating a wide array of injuries & conditions:
