Lachy Theodore

Senior Physiotherapist

Lachy is originally a Victorian Physiotherapist who has vast experience in sports rehab and performance. He currently works alongside QAFL clubs, managing their injury list through Strength & Conditioning training, performance & injury prevention programs, as well as injury rehabilitation.

 

Keeping up to date with the latest research is pivotal for Lachy, he has completed further studies in level 1 Strength & Conditioning, Dry Needling, ACL Rehabilitation, Tendon Rehab in Athletes, AFLW Injury prevention, sports concussion, Hypermobility Disorders (EDS) and shoulder instability.

 

Lachy has a passion for treating sporting injuries and he has a particular interest in rehabilitating young aspiring athletes. Currently he is the Physiotherapist for the Bond Uni AFL Team and at Momentum Sports Performance Centre. 

He has also developed a keen interest in treating a wide array of injuries & conditions:

  • ACL, Meniscus, Patella Tendonopathy/Dislocation

  • Ankle Sprains, Achilles Tendonopathy, Plantar Fasciitis

  • Knee & Hip Osteoarthritis

  • Spinal injuries - including low back and neck pain, 

  • Shoulder dislocations

Valuing individualized care, Lachy works collaboratively with each client to uncover the root of their injury and support them in achieving their goals.
