Sophie Moore
Associate Physiotherapist
Sophie holds a Master of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University in Melbourne and has worked exclusively in private practice since graduating. She has a strong interest in sports and performance rehabilitation, lower limb injuries and women's health.

Sophie takes a person-centred approach to care, blending exercise-based rehabilitation with hands-on treatment to help you stay active while recovering. She is particularly passionate about managing training load, preventing re-injury, and supporting athletes through competition seasons to achieve their goals.
​
Her sporting experience includes providing physiotherapy coverage for the Iron Series at North Burleigh, the Australian Surf Boat Rowing Team in Waihi Beach, New Zealand (2025), and ongoing work with the Gold Coast Suns Academy.
​
Sophie has also completed Level 1 & 2 Dry Needling, ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach course, and additional professional development in women’s health, allowing her to provide well-rounded, evidence-based care.
​
Motivated by helping clients reach their full potential, whether that’s returning to sport, competing at a higher level, or staying strong and injury-free. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her enjoying a social run, chasing the best açai bowls on the Coast, or cheering on Collingwood.
